1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement via email:

2. Return Shipping Process & Address

LuvruFashion operates using an international fulfillment model to provide competitive pricing. Please note that our products are dispatched from overseas facilities. Consequently, all returns must be sent to our central international processing warehouse in China.

  • Authorization Required: You must contact us at luvrufashion@gmail.com before shipping any items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the full verified shipping label details.

  • Warehouse Destination: Returns are processed at our international logistics hub:

  • Important: Items sent to our administrative office in Germany without prior authorization will be rejected, as we do not have the facilities to process returns at that location.

3. Return Costs

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to our warehouse in China. Any customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees incurred during the return process are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot provide a refund until the item is confirmed as received at our warehouse.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

 

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

 

5. Condition of Goods & Exceptions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and with original tags and packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or clearly personalized items.

  • Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

  • Items showing clear signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
