  • Holiday Season & Peak Periods: During high-volume periods (such as Christmas or Black Friday), courier networks across Europe may experience delays. We appreciate your patience as our partners work to deliver your items as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Worldwide Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. We cover the logistics costs to ensure a seamless experience for you.

4. Direct Fulfillment Model

To maintain our commitment to fair pricing and reduce our carbon footprint by avoiding unnecessary middle-man warehousing, LuvruFashion ships directly from our international fulfillment centers in China. This allows us to offer a wider variety of styles while keeping costs low for our customers.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For orders within the European Union, most shipments are processed to avoid additional fees. However, please be aware that depending on your local regulations, your package may be subject to import duties or VAT. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
